Every cosmetic brand entering the EU market is legally required to designate a Responsible Person. The RP ensures that each product meets EU Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, maintains all safety documentation, and acts as the official contact for authorities. For €700 per year, we serve as your dedicated EU Responsible Person, managing compliance, safeguarding your documentation, and supporting your brand throughout its entry and growth in the European market.

We prepare the full Product Information File required under EU Regulation. This includes compiling product documentation, integrating the CPSR, verifying GMP evidence, organizing technical data, and structuring the file in the correct format for regulatory review. The completed PIF is maintained in accordance with EU retention and accessibility requirements.

The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is the mandatory EU system where all cosmetic products must be notified before being placed on the market. We complete the full notification process by submitting PIF, label details, formulation data, and required documentation to the CPNP on behalf of the brand. Each product is registered individually in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, ensuring the product is correctly listed and accessible to EU authorities and poison centres.

We review and adjust product labels to ensure they meet EU cosmetic regulation standards, including correct INCI ingredient listing, mandatory symbols, warnings, claims wording, and language requirements for the markets where the product will be sold.

Labels that require only standard INCI verification and basic mandatory text are €50 per SKU. More complex labels such as those involving multiple claims, additional warnings, or multi-language structuring are €90 per SKU.

For CPSR, pricing is based on product complexity.

Standard CPSR for a simple, single-product formulation: €400 per SKU

CPSR Package for more complex products (1–5 SKUs): €750 total, covering detailed evaluation across multiple formulations with additional variables such as actives, essential oils, or more advanced compositions.

The completed CPSR forms a core component of the Product Information File (PIF) and is prepared in accordance with all EU regulatory requirements.
